Save Thumbnails: When checked, a thumbnail image from the video will be saved with the converted video. This is a great way to create video thumbnail image for website.
Format: Image format. It can be BMP, JPG or GIF.
Position: Where the thumbnail image will be taken. If the video is 1 minute, a 5% position means the image will be taken at 3 seconds into the video.
Resize: When checked, the image is resized to the specified resolution.
Width: Resized image width.
Height: Resized image height.
