"Selected File" Panel

This panel is available in Video Cleaner Pro only.


This panel is available when a file is selected in the conversion list.

There are several sections in this panel.

File: This field shows the file path of the selected video.
Preview: Bring up the preview window for the video. A lot of the editing for the other sections are doable in the preview window.

Start and End: Specify where you want to start the conversion and end the conversion. The default is the whole video. You can enter your own time values to trim the beginning and the end of the video.
Video, Audio and Subtitle: Some video files may contain multiple video tracks, multiple audio tracks, and may contain subtitle data. Select the tracks you want to convert here.
Crop: Crop video by slicing off the sides.

Aspect Ratio Settings
Input: The aspect ratio of the input video. This is automatically retrieved from the input file. You can overwrite the value by selecting from the combo box, or entering the value directly.
Output: The aspect ratio of the converted video.
Scaling: If the input and output aspect ratios differ, you have the choices of scaling.

When the output aspect ratio is wider than the input, you have the following options:

Pillarbox: Black bars are added to the left and right sides.

Tilt and Scan: The top and bottom are sliced off.

Scale to fit: Scale the input video to fill the output.

When the input aspect ratio is wider than the output, you have the following options:

Letterbox: Black bars are added to the top and bottom of the video.

Pan and Scan: The left and right sides are sliced off.

Scale to fit: Scale the input video to fill the output.

Flip: Flip the video horizonally or vertically.
Rotate: Rotate the video, clockwise, counter-clockwise, or 180 degrees.
