There are three voice attributes you can change by using the voice controls.
The "Voice" combo box lists all the text-to-speech voices installed on your system.
The "Speed" slider controls how fast the talking is. Keep it around the middle for the best result.
The "Volume" slider determines the loudness of the speech. Keep it close to the right for the best result.
