Limit the recording area to a window for the best performance. The window can be either a top level window, or a child window.
Click and hold the mouse button down on the window picker. You will see the cursor changed to a picker tool. Keep the mouse button down and drag across the screen, and you will see different window highlighted with dotted rectangle. When the window you want to capture is highlighted, release the mouse button.
