Click on the Record button_icon_record button to start recording.

The status panel will display "Recording..." on the top left corner, with the recorded time displayed in the middle.
Click on the Stop button_icon_stop button to stop recording.

You can schedule an unattended recording. Click on the Schedule button_icon_schedule button to bring up the scheduler.
